The Basics to Blasting Fat

  1. Step onto your X-Iser® and bend your knees slightly, balancing your weight over your hips. You should immediately feel a slight burn in your thighs.
  2. Keep your upper body as still as possible (pretend you’re balancing a book on your head!) and start “running” on your machine. You shouldn’t hear any clacking!
  3.  Keep this up at an even, fast pace for 30 to 60 seconds. If you can’t feel the burn, you’re not doing it right!

Taking it Up a Notch

If just using your legs is easy for you, follow the instructions from The Basics, and add the following:

  1. Hold a dumbbell in each hand and while using your X-Iser®, add a bicep curl. With your arms down, palms facing out, and elbows against your body, bring the dumbbells up to shoulder level. This should be a nice smooth movement and your elbows should bend while remaining close to your body.
