Food Intolerance Quiz Scoring
1 to 7 – Low food intolerance. You would do well to eliminate the foods on the list as a way to reduce what may be the beginning of inflammation and a pattern of reacting to foods which if left unchecked can cause further and more developed symptoms. Mild headaches and discomfort are common.
8 to 15 – Medium food intolerance. Eliminating foods to which you are intolerant will help you feel less fatigued and run down. You may be suffering from some form of constipation/diarrhea/bloating or gastrointestinal discomfort on a regular basis. You may be putting on weight slowly but steadily. If left unchecked you will have a growing sense of despair that your symptoms are becoming more persistent and unchangeable.
16 and above – High food intolerance. Weight gain has become advanced and now seems to be unmanageable. Brain sluggishness, fatigue and depression and/or mood swings are the norm rather than a rarity. Eliminating the foods described above is a necessity as is likely doing some sort of detoxification and restoration program to help rebalance your entire digestive system.
