All Natural, High-Protein Chocolate Pudding
A delicious protein-packed dessert
- One ripe medium avocado
- One medium banana
- Two scoops of FitFood All Natural Whey Protein Powder
- ½ packet of stevia sweetener
- ½ cup of almond milk
- Dark chocolate chips or shavings (for topping)
- Beginning with the almond milk, combine the ingredients in a blender or mixing bowl and blend thoroughly until well-combined and smooth. Do not over-blend.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Put into appropriate serving bowls and top with dark chocolate chips or shavings for a healthy, delicious, protein-packed dessert.
